Livingston Farmers Market named No. 1 in Montana

The Livingston Farmers Market has been named “Number One Market in Montana”based on voting during the 15th annual America’s Farmers Market Celebration.

Running from June 19 to Sept.18, the annual event showcases “the essential markets across the nation making a difference for farmers,ranchers,and communities,”according to the American Farmland Trust website.During that period,market shoppers and supporters were encouraged to vote for their favorite market by visiting markets. farmland.org.

“Congratulations to Livingston’s own Farmers Market for being voted the number one farmer’s market in Montana for the second year in a row!”reads an Oct. 14 statement from the Livingston Convention and Visitors Bureau.

The Livingston Farmers Market is held Wednesday afternoons from June to mid-September.
